Rod bearings replaced, apparently.

Doesn’t seem like this one will last long.

NP ALL Day - 1 owner, non-nav MT, well maintained. This will sell quickly

E9X M3s are at the lowest prices these days, I expect nice ones to rise in price over the next few years.

ummm its a bimmer.... and at 43k miles nothing major has fucked up yet

Because they’re nasty
![]() 12/17/2018 at 17:15 |

That seems suspiciously cheap. Would bring more than that on BAT, like at least 5k more.

The fact that you have to include rod bearings replaced in every ad you post is why they’re so cheap.

Probably.

At least from the passenger seat the E92 M3 felt more than 3x fun than the E93 328

IKR!
The ad is pretty detailed tho and the user has over 2400 posts on m3posts.com Seems legit...

Also rough 2-3 times more than I’ll ever be able to afford

Absolute steal. I’d be dangerously tempted if it didn’t have a sunroof :(

Still I feel like they are price well for what they are. A 7 year old car that could cost quite a bit to maintain. This one is also the exception no the rule.

Still seems too cheap

Some people are just looking to part with a car quickly, no non-sense BS. These are the best sellers, but you need to be ready with cash ASAP
![]() 12/17/2018 at 19:10 |

So what you’re saying is I should buy this cash and then flip it for a profit.
![]() 12/17/2018 at 19:39 |

It’s not quite low enough for that, unless you are local and have the patience. Only a few $K to be made

$32,000 isn’t that cheap, that’s right where most of the nicer ones are. Cheap is anything $20k or under, which I do see from time to time.

This is pretty much perfect I thought looking at the car . You have way more experience than me tho. What do you think of the car itself, not looking at the price?

Honestly, it looks like a really good car. One owner, and the owner is clearly an enthusiast. It’s the perfect spec too— no iDrive, 6-speed manual, 4-door for maximum practicality. My only concern would be the fact that the rod bearings were done at 35k miles, and spark plugs at 28k miles. Did they actually need to be done because of heavy abuse, or were they done preemptively? Generally the rod bearings don’t need to be done that early on. The ad mentions that the car was tracked, so I’d look closely at the suspension and drivetrain.
Overall, it’s a car I’d buy if I was looking to spend that kind of money. I’d still get a PPI with a good independent BMW shop though, just to make sure you’re not getting something too abused.

Yup, it would definitely be PPId if I was buying it. Unfortunately there’s still about a month before I’ll be able to buy something.
